Exclude exe, dlls by default if no Ignored File configuration exists? #16

Would it be safe to just exclude exe's and dlls if no Ignored File configuration exists? One of my warmup template includes selenium dlls, and I think a lot of time is being spent looking through these files for the token (I haven't confirmed this yet though).
