Update Web Server Cipher Suite to Remove Insecure Ciphers

The web server currently supports one or more ciphers that have a phase-out status because they are known to be fragile and at risk of becoming insufficiently secure. This issue aims to update the web server's cipher suite to remove these insecure ciphers and ensure the use of strong, secure ciphers.
