Only allow a specific weekday

hi team, is there a way to only allow a weekday is selectable? i.g. Only Mondays are selectable, all the days from Tuesday to Sunday are disabled.
If I pass a big array to {{disabled}}, seems a little bit clumsy. Maybe there's a better way to do this! Thanks!
