Filter GDS file by bed intervals

First of all thank you for making this tool.

I understand the efficiency brought by GDS format. Could you pls help share some info about a tool can smoothly convert GDS format to other plain text based format?

I would like to use capture bed region to filter on the ALL EXONIC GDS format. But I can't find a tool properly dealing with GDS format.
