standardize look-and-feel of Malcolm upload interface

The Malcolm landing page and extracted files UI page and documentation are all pretty much in-line with each other with regards to formatting/look and feel.

The upload interface should be updated so that the header/footer and CSS styling is brought in-line with the upload and landing page. That stuff can be found here. We don't need to change the theming filepond, just the page it's being used in.
