Top paragraph of Entra Id report needs to be updated to reflect new user documentation structure

💡 Summary

In the Entra Id report there is a reference to the README file with respect to policy exclusions, but our documentation has been changed and the respective documentation page is no longer in the README.

*Also, very important: we don't define what "exclusions" are and users likely may not know what that means. In most cases, we are referring to conditional access policy exclusions but policy 7.4 also supports exclusions. We have recent evidence that this is a problem because an agency end user reported not knowing that conditional policy exclusions could be configured.

Here is the new documentation page about exclusions. It is no longer in the README.
