Sub-issue description

This document should describe several ways we can gather org model feedback from federal agency users.

Acceptance criteria

• Start with the notes in this document
• Options consider: email comms, sign up link, meeting times, sync/async, quant/analytics
• Include plans to recruit users for Create a plan for usability testing with federal agencies onboarding to org model #3573
• Work with product to choose feedback options to build into onboarding (create new tickets as needed)
