After submitting a portfolio domain request, when viewing the domain request list, a phantom domain request remains visible, with no data, along with the submitted request.
In the image below, only one domain request was created and submitted. The "New domain request" is the phantom entry.
Expected Behavior
The Phantom domain request should not exist. Only the submitted domain request should appear in the domain request list.
Steps to Reproduce
As a member of a portfolio with permissions to create domain requests,
create a domain request and submit it
return to the domain request list, and observe the phantom entry
