Because of automatic updates we need consequent naming:

url="$GH_REPO/releases/download/v${version}/csv${version}.tar.gz"

NOW: url="$GH_REPO/releases/download/v9.5.8a/csv9.5.8.tar.gz"
is the version string not the same.

I added csv9.5.8a.tar.gz to the Chez Scheme Version 9.5.8a release. The files now go into csv9.5.8a instead of csv9.5.8.
