B-frame encoding

Hello,

Disclaimer: this is not an issue. I'm new to GitHub and I don't see where is the comment section so I'm posting here.

Where does your code encode b-frames? I have searched for hours and couldn't find it. I do know it exists because I did find where you decode B-frames. I'm doing a project at the university where my goal is to try modifying the creation of B-frames and see what difference will it make afterward.
