新增评论打分表用于给课程打分0-5分，与用户id和课程关联，用户打分后按均值向上取整更新课程表中的对应字段

一个用户对一个课程只能存在一次打分记录，且需要购买后才有打分资格，打分的同时是否需要附上评论？
