Use a localization platform

I would like to suggest a localization platform so that translators will be able to do their work in a more convenient environment.
There are several options for free hosting of open source projects such as:
Weblate, Transifex, Crowdin, etc.

All of these platforms has builtin support for GitHub so the translation is pushed back to the repository according to the desired policy (Weblate allows committing of each string individually).

Weblate is the only platform among these which is fully open source.

I can help with setting up the environment with any of these localization platform.
