What happened?

When trying to edit a clip in Rockstar Editor, it is crashing to desktop and bringing up the following error:

CfxCrashDump_2025_01_02_02_53_38.zip

Expected result

Clip should load.

Reproduction steps

  1. Record for 5 seconds in the server (in this instance using the built in functions within vMenu 3.6.5).
  2. Stop recording.
  3. Enter Rockstar Editor using the option on vMenu.
  4. Try and edit the clip that you've just recorded.

Importancy

Crash

Area(s)

FiveM

Specific version(s)

Server Build: Windows 12092 / Game Build: 2802

Additional information

We do use several MLO's ect which I'm unsure is potentially causing the issue, I have cleared server and client cache to no avail, however sometimes when moving from beta to stable it does let me load the clip(s) in question.

Are you using escrowed assets (mlo or smth else?) pretty sure there was a crash with R* Editor when you was using escrowed assets

Hi @spacevx, I am using escrowed MLO's and clothing, is this still not resolved?

I don't know if this issue is resolved honestly, can you try on newer gamebuild to see if you have the crash? (3095, 3258)
