Resize staff images

Hi all, looking into the repo, I see widely varying sizes for staff images. I'd recommend resizing them all to be no larger than some consistent size, as used on the site, and then setting an appropriate JPG quality level for the web (75?) so that the images look good, but aren't too large. Many of the images are over 1MB, which is way too big for loading, especially on mobile, when there are that many images on one page. Just wanted to flag this issue for you. Thanks
