Proposal to categorize project on the basis of types.

Proposal to add a field named Project Type to distinguish between various projects and expose on search screens.

Functional Specifications:

• Add a field named Project Type. The field is of type Alphanumeric and Select.
• In New Volunteer Project page (/civicrm/vol/#/volunteer/manage/0), add the field between Project Title and Project Description.
• In Edit Volunteer Project page (/civicrm/vol/#/volunteer/manage/id), add the field so users can edit the field and change the value.
• In Manage Projects page (/civicrm/vol/#/volunteer/manage):
• In the section Find Volunteer Projects, add the possibility to search on the field Project Type.
• Add the field between Title and Beneficiary.
• Add the menu item Configure Project Types between Configure Project Relationships and Configure Volunteer Settings to access https://sitename/civicrm/admin/options/volunteer_project_type?reset=1 so users can set values for this field.

Looks good but I think we need one more specification.

Need to add the field to the "Configure Volunteer Settings" so users can change the default.

We'll need an upgrade step to add the default type to existing projects.
