Remove support for Date and Time fields

Fields called "Date" or "Time" get filled with the current date and time, but this is against Stacey's wishes, as documented in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VDgHIpfYDwmZHsSxyAzYanTwNbLLyKU1mPRWnZGffk8/edit.

Remove this feature. "Date" and "Time" fields should be blank.

I'm not seeing this on any of the forms I downloaded and tested. Does that mean that the issue is resolved? Or I'm just looking at the wrong forms (there are a lot)?

Stacey: These are fields that get filled in by the building when they receive it or client when they deliver it.

These fields should be gone, not in pdf, not in app.
