Introduction To The Project

What is the BOP?

The BOP is short for Brigade Organizers Playbook. It is a collection of resources, examples and processes for running a successful brigade.

Why do it?

Every brigade has its challenges and successes, the BOP will have collected resources from every brigade leader to effectively tackle issues and make individual brigades more affective.

Hasn't it been done already?

CFA brigades have been effectively documenting thier processes, and publishing repositories on github.

So how is this different?

Never before has all brigades from CFA collated all data and resources in one open platform.
