Overview

We need to create a contribution form so that we can ask members what they plan on bringing to this year's summer potluck

Action Items

  • Open last year's contribution form (Resource 1.0)
  • Click the three dots on the upper right hand corner
  • Select Make a copy
  • Select the Forms and Responses sub folder in this year's party folder (Resource 2.0)
  • Select Make a copy
  • Customize the form
    • Edit the form name for this year
    • Edit the title for this year
    • Edit any relevant text for this year
  • Add the form header
    • Click on the paint palette from the menu
    • Click on Choose Image under Header
    • Select Upload
    • Click on Browse
    • Select the 2025SummerPotluckFormHeader image from your computer
    • Select DONE
  • Link the view only form to Resource 2.0 in HfLA: Summer 2025 Potluck: Create Meetup Invite #27
