Overview

We need to create a contribution form responses spreadsheet so that we can track what members plan on bringing to this year's summer potluck

Action Items

  • Open last year's contribution form responses spreadsheet (Resource 1.0)
  • Click on File in the menu
  • Select Make a copy
  • Select the Forms and Responses sub folder in this year's party folder (Resource 2.0)
  • Select Make a copy
  • Customize the spreadsheet
    • Clear rows 2 onwards on the Form Responses 1 sheet
    • Hide the Form Responses 1 sheet
    • Delete the image in Row1 on Sheet1
    • Confirm the cell A3 has a formula
  • Add image in the merged cell A1
    • Click on Insert in the menu
    • Select Image
    • Select Upload
    • Click on Browse
    • Select the 2025SummerPotluckFormHeader image from your computer
    • Select DONE
  • Link the preview of the spreadsheet to Resource 3.0 in HfLA: Summer 2025 Potluck: Create Meetup Invite #27
