MantaMidi - Beta Features

• Configure a slider for pitch bend
  Send it on pitch bend message, center 0, auto center when you're not touching it.
• one of the sliders should be modulation [top], one should be pitch bend in the default [bottom]
• duet as default keybaord layout
• document that descirbes how they layouts work, and how to configure them.
• midi remote script for ableton live?
• double clickable script to start the app?
• Midi output control LED colors;
• config option to control LEDs or not.
• Be able to have the same MIDI sent back turn lights on and off
