In the app directory, we have pages for each version of an app. Two of the three links in the breadcrumbs are broken. For example, in https://apps.clams.ai/spacy-wrapper/v1.2/ we have the following breadcrumbs line:

Home / Spacy wrapper / V1.2 / CLAMS wrapper for spaCy NLP (v1.2)

The second and third links give 404 errors.
