Allow separate streaming and remote control configuration in musikdroid

I'm running musikcubed on my server, from which I want to stream to my phone, but mainly listen to music on my PC, which I would also like to remote control in most cases. So, currently I need to go change the address manually when I want to switch the mode.

Also a tangential idea would be to enable being able to add as many connection points as you want, as a way to at least allow remote control of multiple different clients. Perhaps to stream from different servers too, though I'm not personally interested in that specifically.
