clap_complete a wrapper CLI

Hello 👋

I have written hover, a CLI that wraps other commands. For example hover ls -la. How would I provide completions such that the "wrapped" commands also gets completions? (hover ls <TAB> would display the completions for ls, etc)

Hmm, my generated fish completions look like this:

complete -c hover -l completions -d 'Generate completions' -r -f -a "{bash  '',elvish   '',fish '',powershell   '',zsh  ''}"
complete -c hover -s h -l help -d 'Print help'

For the following command:

The fish support table for ValueHint says that it isn't supported yet. Support for it is always welcome!
