Printer killed error on startup after updating my build to Oct update

Recently tried to update my build by cherrypicking my own commits for config and config_adv onto a copy of the Oct branch. I'm getting a Printer Killed error immediately on startup as seen in photo. I've compared the rest of the config files other than my own changes with the build I did in Jun and found nothing substantial.

I've attached my config files. Any help would be appreciated.

after comparing the configs, there are a couple changes to note:

• PROBING_MARGIN - maybe not related, but does any value actually make a difference?
• SDSORT_* values are opposite under SDCARD_SORT_ALPHA, but this shouldn't cause that issue.
• BLOCK_BUFFER_SIZE + other BUFF sizes - if all else, revert these values.
• CNC_WORKSPACE_PLANES - having this enabled may cause the issue.

• #define GRID_MAX_POINTS_X 15 - I think this is the problem, it should not be more than 9 when PROUI_EX is enabled
