Enabling hotend MPC but no menu

Really glad for this fork because compiling mriscoc's original with the Aquila special configuration ended up with a few problems for me (original G32 aquila, V6 hotend, 50W heater, NTC100k cartridge thermistor the main mods):

• my clone 3D touch doesn't deploy or stow (but it works on this classicrocker fork)
• steppers have this loud grumble when moving on any axis

In this fork I tried to enable MPC for the hotend instead of PID but I don't see a menu for it, even though the PID menu for hotend disappears. I have tried enabled MPC_EDIT_MENU and MPC_AUTOTUNE_MENU but it throws errors during compile.

this has since been addressed, I uploaded the updated files in the 2023-Feb Branch and even more recent the 2023-March

once some more testing is done ill post it in the default main branch and post some updated releases.
