Ubuntu 17.10や18.04のGNOME on Waylandでibus-mozcを使うと、候補ウィンドウの位置が画面左上端になってしまう。入力箇所の真下に来て欲しい。
Ubuntu 18.04のGNOME on X11では問題は発生しないので、Waylandに関連したバグだと思う。
Waylandにはウィンドウのグローバル座標を指定する方法が無くて、GNOME Shellかどこかに対策（プロトコルの追加かHackかはよく覚えてない）が入っていたと思う（なのでibus標準のUIを使うエンジンではこの問題が発生しない）。
