再現手順

ownCloudカレンダーを2箇所で開く
片方に予定を追加する
もう片方を確認する

発生した環境(OSや使用したライブラリーやアプリケーションのバージョンなど)

Ubuntu 16.04のFirefox 62に追加→Debian sidのFirefox 62で確認
Debian sidのFirefox 62に追加→Ubuntu 16.04のFirefox 62で確認
Debian sidのFirefox 62に追加→Debian sidのGoogle Chrome 69で確認（同じPC）
Debian sidのGoogle Chrome 69同士（同じウィンドウの別タブ）

期待する結果

リロードしなくても反映されると見落としが減ってうれしい。
（Googleカレンダーは数秒〜数十秒で反映される）

ブラウザの拡張機能（アドオン）で一定時間ごとにリロードするという回避策は考えられる。
