Add SonarCube

Currently we have a SonarCube checks (done in https://github.com/clientIO/appmixer-components/pull/1440 and https://github.com/clientIO/appmixer-components/pull/1464) for https://github.com/clientIO/appmixer-components and we want them for this repo as well.

Option 1

Duplicate existing pipeline for appmixer-components

• might need some additional config or accounts

The easiest way is option #1. But I guess, hopefully, on Friday we can discuss more about the pipelines. Because I would like to start using GH Actions sooner or later.
