WMO is implementing a new message over the GTS, the DAYCLI message(for reporting of daily climate summaries). This message will contain daily values for temperatures, precipitations and snow and will be send at a monthly frequency. It is foreseen that this message will include metadata and in particular the time slots used for the daily parameters : T Max, T Min, T Average, Precipitations, Depth of Fresh snow and total depth of snow.
