TOTAL LOW CLOUD AMOUNT

@smachua Looking through the clouds list, I haven't come across the inclusion of Total Low Cloud Amount. In the Daily Register, there are provisions for reporting the two total cloud amounts. If it is an omission, kindly add to it, or else help me to identify the total low clouds amount in the elements list. I have attached screenshots
