Dear @clintval ,
thanks for your great work!

May I know does sample-sheet support pairend-end reads and multi index?

For example, I have a excel file, it record sample_id, set, index,
from the documentation of sample-sheet, I don't know how to generate sample sheet with column:

Sample_ID,Sample_Name,Sample_Plate,Sample_Well,Index_Plate,Index_Plate_Well,I7_Index_ID,index,I5_Index_ID,index2,Sample_Project,Description
