Grep for 0.6 and remove references to that release

We initially wrote our docs with the 0.6 release. They still contain a bunch of places that say "as of SpacetimeDB 0.6" or similar. Some of these are likely inaccurate now. Some of them are still accurate, and so should be changed to not hedge.
