Version ordering when using the all-jars.clj endpoint

Hi! I've noticed that version ordering can be a little odd when using the all-jars.clj endpoint.

This isn't the case when using the artifact endpoint.

I've tried to implement better sorting here by making use of maven/compare-versions in a similar way as used here but I can't get a number of tests to pass locally for me, so I'm unsure about making a pull request.

If this is a trivial and desired change could someone take a look, or perhaps help with the issues I have running the tests.
