Description
A name would be great to have a name/description for a task.

Example
If I trigger some scans, I have a hard time to find what is the one I scanned/want to find:

It just lists the file and sizes of the files being found.

Proposed solution
Just an optional input field for a name, so you can later identify the task.

Alternatives

maybe show the path (at least if it is only one) in the preview, too?
