Implementation of automated tests, as far as we can go with the (various) supported endpoints.

Default plugin's operation - AMQP 0.9.1 to AMQP 0.9.1 tests introduced. i.e. An adaptation of the RabbitMQ Shovel, to the RabbitMQ Variable-Shovel implementation.
