Original story ticket from Cloudigrade: cloudigrade/cloudigrade#356

As QE dev, I want automated tests for per-account summaries via the API so that I can be confident the information returned is accurate and adheres to the documented response format.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Verify that our automated tests cover all the acceptance criteria of the original ticket, so that we can ensure they continue to be correct in the future
  • Verify they work for users with both 1 and more than 1 account
  • Verify they work with superusers impersonating other users

Assumptions and Questions
