Stock salable quantity not restored

After expiration of payment order this module cancelling magento order but stock quantity decreased incorrectly -
Quantity increased but "salable quantity" not.

Before making order:
quantity = 10
salable quantity = 10

After making order with fondy [card] payment
quantity = 9
salable quantity = 9

After time expiration, orders cancelled
quantity = 10
salable quantity = 9

Lot of problems over time!
