Replace the existing image build process with the proposed simplified workflow to produce the
systemflavour images. These images will follow the new tagging scheme:As part of this transition, update the existing aliases, including
latest, to point to this new set of images.Provide basic smoke tests to validate the integrity of the newly built images using the latest stable version of CloudNativePG.
