このPRではMediaPackageV2リソースを扱えるようにする。
/admin/streamingsでStreamingレコードを作ると非同期にMediaPackageV2のChannelGroup, Channel, OriginEndpointが作られる。これらのリソースはTrack毎にそれぞれ作成される。なお、このPRでは細かいパラメータのチューニングは行わない。
