現状 Application.metadata.annotations["dreamkast.cloudnativedays.jp/app-commit-hash"] しか見ないようになっているが、これだと該当 Application が Sync され意図通り外部からアクセスできる状態になっているかどうかがわからないので、Applicaiton.Status.Sync の値も見るようにする
