現状 ManifestsTemplate, ApplicationTemplate, JobTemplate 以下のテンプレートを各フィールドは string になってしまっているため、object を記述できるよう修正する

これを実施すると #16 で ApplicationTemplate, ManifestsTemplate のスキーマのバリデーションをしなくて済む
