Modify [heading] to inlcude PDF link and local formatting options

Where : name is the text of the link

Heading with Local Formatting

[heading-1: name]
text: A first level heading
family: Palatino
font: bold-italic
size: +6

Where the options will be inserted before .HEADING 1.

Has been implemented but not a fan of the syntax. Would prefer something like:

[heading] Here is the heading title
pdf-link: PDF Link Title
