Pass user selected SPIRIT or CONSORT option to backend

The user selects SPIRIT or CONSORT option (option buttons) in the consort frontend Dashboard component. This needs to be passed to the backend clowder RCT transparency extractor. This information will be used in the RCT pdf report.
