Data no more retrievable and texts not usable.

Data from the Perseus project are no more retrievable from http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/opensource/downloads/texts/hopper-texts-Germanic.tar.gz. You can check it and see that the compressed archive has no file.

Moreover, I wanted to work on the Völsunga saga and I realised that many words were merged and sentences were not correctly seperated. I must check if there are other texts with cuh problems.

I know an other source for texts which is heimkringla.no. So I propose to do the same as I did for old_norse_texts_heimskringla:

• retrieve texts from the website,
• extract the interesting content
• keep the structure of the text.
