About the pull request
Renames "Communication Clarity" to "Radio Clarity", to make it clearer it only effects the radio.
Adds an example message below the Radio Clarity slider, to show the current strength.
Explain why it's good for the game
Easier to see how understandable the radio clarity is. You don't need to set it to 0 to be effectively incomprehensible.
