About the pull request

Adds a box of microchip doohickeys to the platoon sergeant's locker that, when used in-hand by a rifleman, will adjust their HUD icon and rank/role to one of four options;

  • Combat Technician
  • Radio Telephone Operator
  • Ammo Bearer
  • Designated Marksman

They cannot be used by non-rifleman roles.

Explain why it's good for the game

Largely for flavour, this also allows people to ID who's specced for what role amidst the rifleman of the platoon/section at a glance.

Testing Photographs and Procedure

Tested locally, works fine and compiles fine

Sharpshooter should be Designated Marksman. ComTech is short hand, just call it the whole name.

Ammended
Fixed the accidently deleted icons too
...Not sure what's caused the fail on the sorokyne unit tests given I haven't touched the files listed
