Description of the bug

I was directly hit by a Boiler neuro glob (stun gas), I was dragged away while I was fully affected by it.

While I was concious I used my 'Pick-say' macro to speak a voice line. When I spoke however the game uttered some of the text commands instead of just my line.

Instead of saying RETREAT!
I said "-bRETREAT!/b"

I've not been able to re-produce since I can't stun myself with a boiler attack offline.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

I should not be speaking code.

How do we reproduce this bug?

  1. Get shot by a boiler neuro attack
  2. Use pick-say to speak
    ...

This is not just with boiler neuro glob or pick-say. It treats the tags like italics or bold as part of the text, and if that gets modified or cut off, it becomes part of the regular speech
