Description of the bug

The crit whispers added in #3282 have chat bubbles. At first, I remember the chat bubbles worked, I'm not sure what changed, but now they float wayyyy away from where they should be.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Crit whisper chat bubbles should be above a player's head, where chat bubbles are supposed to be.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Go crit
2. Try to talk (to crit whisper)
3. The chat bubble is incredibly displaced
   ...
