Description of the bug

When putting items in the Research Requsitions Delivery Chute, when the items eject, they do not go anywhere, remaining in the pipe under the chute.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

The items put into the chute should of been transported to Requisitions.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1.Load Item into Delivery Chute located at Research
1.(a) Get a friend whos an animal and load them into the chute
2.Activate the Chute
3.Lose your mind as various stims and biomass items are now lost in an inaccessible pipe
3.(a) watch in wonderment as your animal friend is still technically in or under the chute.
