Description of the bug

As the title says, there is no sniper rifle for the spec, theres the poncho they spawn with, and they do not spawn with a gun at all.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

• Note: I always thought there was a m42a spawn just to the right of the APC at this location: https://imgur.com/a/xkVS9r1 It does not seem to have spawned this round (22688). It could not be located with admin tools, and does not seem to have been exploded.
